David Dwork concentrates his practice in traumatic brain injury litigation. For over 30 years, he has successfully helped countless brain injury survivors in their legal battles, guiding them through the legal system and providing the experience, skill and resources required for a successful trial or out-of-court settlement. In 2011, he was selected by his peers for the “Massachusetts Super Lawyer” list.
Mr. Dwork is a former Assistant District Attorney for Middlesex County, Massachusetts. He was a law clerk (1978-79) to the Honorable Frank J. Kennison, Chief Justice, New Hampshire Supreme Court. He also served as a teaching fellow at Boston College Law School (1979-80). Mr. Dwork graduated magna cum laude from Boston University Law School (1977).
Mr. Dwork has published numerous articles and is an accomplished lecturer on civil litigation matters, particularly traumatic brain injury. He is very active with the Brain Injury Association of Massachusetts, where he serves as their legal counsel and is a past President. He is also a member of the National Brain Injury Association.

$500,000 settlement to plaintiff hit by falling acoustical ceiling tile
$475,000 settlement in negligence/assault and battery/aiding and abetting case
$395,000 settlement from retail establishment in connection with use of their valet service
