Shawn O'Rourke is the firm's
managing shareholder and concentrates his practice
in civil and business litigation. He has successfully
tried and settled numerous complex cases involving
construction and real estate litigation, business
disputes, medical negligence, defective products,
and liquor liability cases, among others. He
volunteers as a conciliator in the Middlesex
County Superior Court.
Mr. O'Rourke is a 2006 Massachusetts Super Lawyer,
a designation given to only the top 5% of lawyers
in Massachusetts as selected by their peers.

Shawn
O'Rourke is very involved in Massachusetts' small business
community. He serves as vice chair of the Board for
the Smaller Business Association of New England.
(SBANE). Mr. O'Rourke is also chair of SBANE's government
affairs committee, where he works closely with legislators
in developing new legislation to benefit the small business
community.
