Description of Action:
Plaintiff was in a motor vehicle accident that occurred on December 13, 2000 when the defendants’ vehicle allegedly crossed into plaintiff’s lane of travel. Plaintiff suffered a traumatic brain injury and bilateral femur fractures and rib fractures as a result of their collision.

She was hospitalized for approximately ten days and then underwent a course of rehabilitation. Plaintiff alleged ongoing cognitive difficulties which interfered with her ability to work, including deficits in attention and executive functioning. The case settled for the policy limits of $500,000.
